I'm having a really hard time boning myself up to pay $55+ for biking shorts, even though I really need some and know they'd be well worth the money. o.o

I braved the outdoors.. dodging racing police cars, sirens blaring, and squinting into the brilliant orange sun to get Chinese.......
Only the place I thought existed didn't anymore. Would up getting Thai instead. The crab ragoons had curry powder in them - interesting, but quite good with the sweet and sour sauce they came with. The pork lo mein was similarly not quite what I expected, but certainly decent. The pork was actual quality slices of pork, which shocked the hell out of me. Very good pork!!!
Then, my Chinese craving relatively satisfied, I continued working on one project. Didn't get as much done as I'd hoped, but I figured out the last of the logistical issues in doing it. So that's good. May work on the rest later.. or maybe just do it later this weekend. I want to wrap it up this weekend. If I don't get distracted, I should be able to. Biggest time issue is I'm going to need to wait for some wood stain to dry on - you guessed it! - wood. Probably should have done that earlier this week, but I really didn't think of it. Not to mention I wasn't sure if I wanted to stain it, but I think I will. And I already have the stain. Just need to get more dowels tomorrow.
But I think I'm going to sit back, maybe make some playlists for my mp3 player and poke at the internet and chill for a bit here. Then see what (or who) strikes my fancy.
