Came out much better this time!

Though the combo of spices really does give it a chili taste.  I might later with the amounts to see if I can move away from the chili taste to just spicy-good taste.   Nothing wrong with the chili taste, but not what I was looking for either.

Well... tried a new recipe tonight.  One for da grill... not bad, but not great.

However!   I have some mods to try to make it into a great recipe.   :D

So perhaps tomorrow or Monday I'll try another round of this one. 

A couple of the mods I had already been considering, and I think I was right.  I really should learn to trust my instincts more.
